Starting September 26, 2025, mail delivery is disrupted
Mail delivery to and from the IRB may be temporarily affected by a Canada Post disruption.
If you’re represented by counsel, our current practice continues as follows:
- all correspondence will be sent directly to your counsel through the My Case portal
- if your counsel is not registered in the My Case portal, all correspondence will be sent to your counsel by courier
If you’re not represented by counsel:
- All correspondence will be sent to you by courier.
