Starting November 15, 2024, mail delivery to and from the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) may be temporarily affected by a Canada Post labour disruption.
If you need to provide documents to the IRB, you must still provide them within the usual timeframes. Check the appropriate division's web page to find out what other methods are available for providing your documents.
If you've already mailed documents to the IRB and they didn't reach us before the mail delivery disruption, we may ask you to provide a copy during your virtual or in-person hearing.
The IRB will continue to monitor the situation as it develops.
